Mr. Augusto C. Benevento has over 15 years of experience, four of them in international issues, regarding: non-state justice systems -litigation and arbitration- access to financial tools and stock markets for SMES, international NGO programs for entrepreneurs in Latin America, regional economies development, support and advice in administration and marketing tools (professionalization) for farmers, reengeniering of productive process, litigation prodecure analysis and accounting punishment to credit under litigation in the Government Monetary Authority of Argentina (B.C.R.A.).
His experience embraces Argentina with links with Canada, United Kingdom, and near in time with the Netherlands, as well as numerous regional assignments.
Mr. Benevento has participate in consulting and research teams, BID Network, Colegio de Abogados de San Isidro, ADA – Asociación para el desarrollo agropecuario as vice-president. He is a graduate of Universidad de Belgrano Law School at 22 years old and Farm Administration and production technical. His background also includes:
· Auditing outsourced lawyers in litigation process for the government monetary authority bank (Banco Central de la República Argentina –B.C.R.A).
· Drafting legal opinions of the compliance and frame in financial regulations by the Government litigation service at B.C.R.A.
· As vice-president of ADA (Asociación para el desarrollo agropecuario), led research and investigation of Argentinean and Uruguayan farmer families developing programs.
· University adjunct Professor in Criminal Law;
· High School Professor in Economic Policy, Accountancy, Marketing, Trade & Enterprise Organization and Commercial law;
· Advising and consulting for conservationism and forestation legal frame in Misiones Province Jungle, Argentina;
· Mentor, coach and Project Manager to a reengineering process of a farm SMES.
